Once a Month Cooking Begins!!
So tomorrow is the first day that my good friend, Melissa, and I tackle once a month cooking. One of our friends, Tricia, has a WONDERFUL website, www.onceamonthmom.com, which features directions for once a month cooking, meals, grocery lists, etc. Its great! Basically Melissa and I will be cooking meals for the next month all day tomorrow. Then we'll freeze it all and have meals saved! I"m especially excited about this seeing as how I go back to work on March 23rd. Tricia and her cooking partner, Cortney, have agreed to swap baby sitting services while we cook. Melissa and I watched their kids last week so they could cook (we had a 2 mo, 6 mo, 7 mo, 8 mo, and 2 year old) and had tons of fun and they'll be watching our kids tomorrow (thanks!!). So I want to chronicle our cooking adventures here. We'll be exhausted tomorrow so I probably won't write for a few days, but I'll let yo

WHOA! That is a lot of food and crockpots. I'm curious to see how this turns out!
