Making Memories

We have done quite a bit of traveling over the last few months.  With our families out of town holidays are spent visiting everyone!  It is so wonderful to spend time with family.  This past Easter involved a little extra travel.  I decided that it'd be much more fun to let the pictures tell the story.

The weather was nice enough once we arrived at Mimi and Poppy's to drive the Gator! It was B's first time and he absolutely loved every second of it.

The next morning was Easter morning.  We enjoyed worshiping together and praising Jesus, our Risen Savior!

Fun with Easter eggs and baskets in the afternoon

On Monday morning I had a visit from a special friend. We have been friends since 3rd grade! I loved visiting with Stephanie and her kids!

Monday was Josh's birthday.  We had went out to celebrate his special day!

Tuesday we drove to Nana's house for the second part of our adventure!  We had dinner with Nanny, Poppy, and Uncle Jack.

B loves his Uncle Jack!

The next morning Nana, Mimi, Amaya, and I headed to NYC! We were headed to see Cinderella on Broadway for Amaya's birthday.  It was very special and fun girl time!

All ready for the show

She was so excited to carry in her own luggage.

Walking to the show from our hotel.

 Almost there!

A little lunch before the show

There obviously is no picture taking once inside the show but the show was EXCELLENT.  Everything that we knew it would be!  After changing we headed out to walk to Times Square and eat dinner.  I was having fun at the M & M store.

One tired girl enjoying a little TV and Chocolate Milk before bed time.

The next morning we headed out to do some shopping!

I believe that A's favorite part of the trip was seeing the ice skating rink at Rockefeller Center. I do hope she will get to ice skate on it one day!

Who knew she loved little Lego Men so much?  She had tons of fun at the Lego store.
  Next stop: American Girl!
One of my favorite pictures from our entire trip.
My little girl in Central Park.  Please don't grow up too fast little girl!!
We ate lunch at Ellen's Stardust Diner.  The wait staff sings the entire time you are there!

This was my favorite part of the trip.  Dancing on that piano for 2 minutes with my 4 year old was too much fun.  We had a blast at FAO Shwartz! We then made our way back to the car and headed back to Hershey.

Wow, what a special time we had.  I am so very thankful to my husband, mother, and mother-in-law for allowing ALL of it to happen.  We made memories that will last a life time!  (sorry my picture didn't turn out of you Aunt Ali but thanks for your visit too!!)
